Parcels to individuals

For individuals, parcels and documents can be sent. CDEK does not deliver dangerous cargo or objects that are forbidden to be shipped by law. Find the full list in the "Forbidden goods" section. If you are not sure if your cargo is forbidden, contact us by phone or e-mail in the "Contacts" section.

Commercial shipments

Commercial cargo is goods that are not for personal use, but for making profit. For instance, for sale, advertising campaigns, stocks, testing. Finished goods, tools for production, parts, examples, marketing materials are all commercial cargo. Delivery costs depend on the cargo’s weight and starting point. To calculate the cost, fill out your order in the "Business" section.

Delivery from international online stores

By using CDEK Forward, our service for delivery of packages from international online stores. After registering, you will have access to addresses of CDEK warehouses in 20 countries around the world. Purchase from international stores with delivery to a local CDEK office. We will receive your orders, put them in single package to lower price of delivery, and send them to your country.
