How does this work?
1.
We enter into a contract with you and provide data for entry into your personal account.
2.
You bring the goods for shipping to the CDEK office or call our courier.
3.
We receive the cargo and data of your customers for Russian customs. If you do not have this information, we contac the consignees ourselves.
4.
We provide a tracking number to track the parcel and you tell it to the customer.
5.
We deliver orders to Russia and give them to the consignee at the CDEK pickup point or deliver to the customer at home.

How is the tariff calculated, what does it include?
Our tariffs inlcude customs clearing only for inexpensive goods. Import and export duties, local and customs levies, taxes/VAT for transport services are not included in our tariffs.

You find out where you parcel is through online tracking. The latest information is always reflected there.
What notifications will the parcel consignee receive?
You will know exactly when, where and how you will be able to obtain your order. We use several channels for sending delivery notifications: SMS, phone call, e-mail and popular messengers/social media.
